Famous quotes containing the words early, life and/or education:

    Emma Goldman (1869–1940)

You seem to have no real purpose in life and won’t realize at the age of twenty-two that for a man life means work, and hard work if you mean to succeed.
    Jennie Jerome Churchill (1854–1921)

Tuition, for instance, is an important item in the term bill, while for the far more valuable education which he gets by associating with the most cultivated of his contemporaries no charge is made.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)
