Bunka (文化?) was a Japanese era name (年号,, nengō,?, lit. "year name") after Kyōwa and before Bunsei. The period spanned the years from January 1804 to April 1818. The reigning emperors were Kōkaku-tennō (光格天皇?) and Ninkō-Tennō (仁孝天皇?).
