Buddy Bailey

Welby Sheldon "Buddy" Bailey (born March 28, 1957 in Norristown, Pennsylvania) is the 2012 manager of the Tennessee Smokies of the Double-A Southern League and a veteran skipper in minor league baseball. In May 2011, Bailey won his 1,500th game as a manager in the minors. He has been a member of the Chicago Cubs organization since 2006.
