Composition
Dagwon consists of 48 episodes, first aired on Nagoya TV from February 3, 1996 to January 25, 1997. Its success warranted the two-episode OVA "The Boy with Crystal Eyes" (水晶の瞳の少年, Suishō no Hitomi no Shōnen?), which came out in September 1997. The show currentily is not licensed in the US as is the status with all the other Brave Series, except GaoGaiGar.
It is interesting to note that, despite the series' lack of popularity among children, it found an audience among young females, who enjoyed the bishōnen main characters.

Famous quotes containing the word composition:
“At painful times, when composition is impossible and reading is not enough, grammars and dictionaries are excellent for distraction.”
—Elizabeth Barrett Browning (18061861)
“Boswell, when he speaks of his Life of Johnson, calls it my magnum opus, but it may more properly be called his opera, for it is truly a composition founded on a true story, in which there is a hero with a number of subordinate characters, and an alternate succession of recitative and airs of various tone and effect, all however in delightful animation.”
—James Boswell (17401795)
“Since body and soul are radically different from one another and belong to different worlds, the destruction of the body cannot mean the destruction of the soul, any more than a musical composition can be destroyed when the instrument is destroyed.”
—Oscar Cullman. Immortality of the Soul or Resurrection of the Dead? The Witness of the New Testament, ch. 1, Epworth Press (1958)
