Athletics
The Brandeis University athletic teams The Judges compete in the University Athletic Association (UAA) conference of the NCAA Division III.
Brandeis has 10 varsity teams for both men and women, and 1 co-ed varsity team. The varsity teams are in:
- Baseball
- Basketball
- Cross Country
- Fencing
- Golf
- Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field
- Soccer
- Softball
- Tennis
- Volleyball
Brandeis also has 20 club sports and numerous intramural sports, including sailing ( formerly a varsity sport), rugby union, ultimate, crew, lacrosse, field hockey, squash, men's volleyball and martial arts. Staff and faculty are allowed to play on intramural teams.
