The Boyne River in Grey County flows from above the Niagara Escarpment through Flesherton to join the Beaver River at 44°18′53″N 80°32′22″W / 44.31472°N 80.53944°W / 44.31472; -80.53944; the Beaver River then flows to Georgian Bay. The Boyne flows over the escarpment at Hogg's Falls, named after William Hogg.
The Boyne River in Muskoka District flows from Fowler Lake to empty at Dwight Bay on Lake of Bays at 45°19′47″N 79°01′00″W / 45.32972°N 79.0166667°W / 45.32972; -79.0166667 near the community of Dwight.
The Boyne River in Parry Sound District flows from Otter lake to the South Channel on Georgian Bay at 45°18′11″N 80°02′34″W / 45.30306°N 80.04278°W / 45.30306; -80.04278 near the community of Rose Point.
The Boyne River in Simcoe County and Dufferin County flows from north of the community of Melancthon, Dufferin County through Alliston to the Nottawasaga River at 44°10′10″N 79°48′56″W / 44.16944°N 79.81556°W / 44.16944; -79.81556 near the community of Nicolston, Simcoe County. There is a fish ladder on the river to allow rainbow trout to reach spawning grounds up river.
