Bootle
Bootle (pronounced /ˈbuːtəl/) is a town within the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton in Merseyside. The town was formally known as Bootle-cum-Linacre and has a total resident population of 77,640. Historically part of Lancashire, Bootle's economy has been centred around the docks and their associated industries for decades.
