B.J. Penn

Jay Dee "B.J." Penn (born December 13, 1978) is an American mixed martial artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner who competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Penn was the first American and non-Brazilian winner of the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship in the black belt category. In mixed martial arts, Penn has competed in the lightweight, welterweight, and light heavyweight divisions. As a former UFC Lightweight Champion and UFC Welterweight Champion, he is only the second fighter in UFC history to win titles in two different weight classes, with the first being UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture.
