Head of House
The Head of House (or HOH) is a position in the house that gives one housemate each week special privileges over the other Housemates. It is a power similar to both the Head of Household and the Power of Veto used in the American version of Big Brother. During nominations the Head of House can be nominated for eviction by their fellow housemates. Then the Head of House can chose to save a nominee or save themselves from eviction and nominate a new housemate for eviction. While the decision is released to the public, the House will not know of the decision until Sunday, eviction night.

Famous quotes containing the words head of, head and/or house:
“The most advanced nations are always those who navigate the most. The power which the sea requires in the sailor makes a man of him very fast, and the change of shores and population clears his head of much nonsense of his wigwam.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson (18031882)
“No country is so peaceful as the one that leads into death. Life arches above ones head like a bridgespan, and below it flows the water, carries the boat, takes it further.”
—Alfred Döblin (18781957)
“Between the house and barn the gale
Got him by something he had on
And blew him out on the icy crust
That cased the world, and he was gone!”
—Robert Frost (18741963)
