Bernisse

Bernisse ( pronunciation) is a municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality had a population of 12,684 in 2004, and covers an area of 68.59 km² (26.48 mile²) of which 11.25 km² (4.34 mile²) is water.
