Beaumont offers a variety of both winter and summer sports. During the winter Football, Boys Rugby and Girls and Boys Hockey dominate the sporting scene within Beaumont. Within the district Beaumont have something of a rivalry between local Boys-school Verulam, Sandringham and St Albans Girls School, which often serve up interesting matches.
During the Summer, Athletics, Cricket and Tennis become the sports played at Beaumont. District Sports, the once-yearly Athletics competition is usually won by Beaumont, who field many Athletes in the many disciplines of Track and Field.
