Baoding

Bǎodìng (Chinese Postal Map Romanisation: Paoting; Chinese: 保定) is a city of Hebei province, People's Republic of China, bordering the national capital Beijing, which lies 140 kilometres (87 mi) to the northeast. The population of Baoding municipality is 11,194,379, out of which 1,665,360 in the urban districts (2010 census).
