Austin Academy is a middle school in Garland, Texas. It is part of the Garland Independent School District. It follows the magnet program, most students going to Garland High School to complete the IB Diploma Programme.

Austin Academy was named a 1992-93 National Blue Ribbon School.

In 2009, the school was rated "recognized" by the Texas Education Agency.
