Accreditation and Licensing
Atlantic University College is accredited as an "Honor Roll Institution with Distinction" by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS—750 N.E. First Street, Suite 980, Washington, DC 20002-4241; Tel. (202) 336-6780). It has the authorization to award associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees. The ACICS is recognized as a national accrediting body by the U.S. Department of Education.
Atlantic University College is also authorized to operate by the Council of Higher Education and the Veterans Administration.
