Arthur Martin-Leake

Lieutenant Colonel Arthur Martin-Leake, VC and Bar, VD, FRCS (4 April 1874 – 22 June 1953) was an English double recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. Martin-Leake was the first of only three men to be awarded the VC twice.
