Athletics
Archbishop Rummel participates in the New Orleans Catholic League. In 2012, Rummel captured its first LHSAA football state championship by defeated Barbe High School from Lake Charles, LA. In 2009, Rummel competed in the LHSAA football state championship, but was defeated by West Monroe High School. Under Coach Jay Roth, the 2009 football team finished the season with a 14-1 record.
