Structure
Arc has three constitutional Student Bodies: The Student Development Commitee (SDC)- supporting clubs, volunteer programs, courses and activities. The Postgraduate Council (PGC) - representing the postgraduate community at UNSW and an elected Student Representative Council (SRC). Arc's Kudos Gallery Management Committee runs the Kudos Gallery, an artist-run initiative gallery for College of Fine Arts (COFA) students.
The organisation runs a variety of volunteer programs, manages the university's annual orientation week (pictured), organises short courses and provides resources such as a pottery studio and darkroom. Arc publishes a weekly events guide, Blitz, and a student newspaper, Tharunka.
Arc operates The Roundhouse, an iconic entertainment venue and bar.

Famous quotes containing the word structure:
“Vashtar: So its finished. A structure to house one man and the greatest treasure of all time.
Senta: And a structure that will last for all time.
Vashtar: Only history will tell that.
Senta: Sire, will he not be remembered?
Vashtar: Yes, hell be remembered. The pyramidll keep his memory alive. In that he built better than he knew.”
—William Faulkner (18971962)
“The philosopher believes that the value of his philosophy lies in its totality, in its structure: posterity discovers it in the stones with which he built and with which other structures are subsequently built that are frequently betterand so, in the fact that that structure can be demolished and yet still possess value as material.”
—Friedrich Nietzsche (18441900)
“The structure was designed by an old sea captain who believed that the world would end in a flood. He built a home in the traditional shape of the Ark, inverted, with the roof forming the hull of the proposed vessel. The builder expected that the deluge would cause the house to topple and then reverse itself, floating away on its roof until it should land on some new Ararat.”
—For the State of New Jersey, U.S. public relief program (1935-1943)
