2007 Bersih Rally - Bersih Demands

Bersih Demands

The demands made by Bersih were:

  • Usage of Indelible Ink (which has already been agreed to by the Electoral Commission, but later scrapped)
  • Clean-up of Registered Voters Roll
  • Abolition of Postal Votes, and
  • Access to the government-controlled print and broadcast media for opposition parties.

These demands were incorporated into the Memorandum for submission to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
