Famous quotes containing the words storm and/or names:
“I know my lazy, leaden twang
Is like the reason in a storm;
And yet it brings the storm to bear.
I twang it out and leave it there.”
—Wallace Stevens (18791955)
“If goodness were only a theory, it were a pity it should be lost to the world. There are a number of things, the idea of which is a clear gain to the mind. —William Hazlitt (17781830)
