Serge Aubin (born February 15, 1975) is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre currently playing for the Hamburg Freezers in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga in Germany. He has played in the National Hockey League for the Colorado Avalanche, Columbus Blue Jackets and Atlanta Thrashers.
