Mosier married girlfriend Alex Hilebronner on 1 September 2006. The couple met on the set of Jersey Girl.
He was romantically involved with fellow producer Monica Hampton whom he worked with on the set of films such as Dogma and Vulgar.
In Back To The Well: Clerks II, he states that he is Agnostic, but he still goes to church when Kevin Smith goes.
