Famous quotes containing the word life:
“Judgments, value judgments concerning life, whether for or against it, can in the end never be true: their only value is as symptoms, they only come into consideration as symptomsin themselves such judgments are stupidities. —Friedrich Nietzsche (18441900)
“... aside from the financial aspect, [there] is more: the life of my work. I feel that is all I came into the world for, and have failed dismally if it is not a success.”
—Mary E. Wilkins Freeman (18521930)
“The life of the wealthy is one long Sunday.”
—Georg Büchner (18131837)
