Gym
In 2009 the gym at Ponds Forge went through a major refurbishment, with a £3 million investment. It now houses 130 piece modern gym, a spin studio, numerous group fitness class studios, a steam room and sauna. The modernisation upgraded the gym to give users the facilities that they have come to expect with other private gyms.
