The company operates the following high frequency routes: 6/6A (Pink), 11/12 (Mauve), 13 (Brown), 16/16A (Yellow), 20/20A/20E (Lime Green), 21 (Orange). Other routes are: 1, 2/3/3A (Green), 4 (Rose Pink), 5 (Royal Blue), 7 (Royal Blue), 8/8A (Maroon), 9/9A (Maroon), 10 (Light Brown), 11X (Mauve), 13A (Brown), 18/18A/19 (Peach), 42 (Royal Blue). School Buses are: 2S, 6S, 8S, 10S, 16S, 21S, 23S, 58, 58A, 59, 771, 772.
Route 11X is the only night bus operated by National Express Coventry and it operates Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights during University Term Time between Leamington Spa and Coventry via University of Warwick.
Route 101 is a dedicated service between Pool Meadow Bus Station and the RICOH Arena for Coventry City FC and concerts at the RICOH.
The company has also operated buses for the 2012 Olympics held in Coventry and London.
