MAMA & Company is a live venue and artist management company which was founded in 2005 and owns and operates a number of live music venues and festivals in the United Kingdom. Their approach to live music is to offer an integrated model, which means that they manage and promote artists, engage with brands wishing to reach their customer base, handle ticketing, production and bar operations in house whilst operating a creative department that ties the live experience together.

The company's portfolio includes six London venues and four regional venues: Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen, The Forum in Kentish Town, The Borderline, The Jazz Cafe, The Garage in Islington, The Barfly, The Institute, The Picture House in Edinburgh, The Ritz and East Village Arts Club in Liverpool . The artist services business is responsible for the direct management of over 40 musical artists. Through their network of businesses MAMA create, source, manage and distribute music and entertainment content through their venues, festivals, tech platforms and publications.
