Famous quotes containing the words grand, final and/or replay:

No grand idea was ever born in a conference, but a lot of foolish ideas have died there.
    F. Scott Fitzgerald (1896–1940)

Her wrongs are ... indissolubly linked with all undefended woe, all helpless suffering, and the plenitude of her “rights” will mean the final triumph of all right over might, the supremacy of the moral forces of reason and justice and love in the government of the nation. God hasten the day.
    Anna Julia Cooper (1859–1964)

Everything our children hear, see, and feel is recorded onto a cassette. Guess who is the big star in their movie? You are. What you say and, more important, what you do, is recorded there for them to replay over and over again. We all have videocassettes. Adults just have larger libraries of tapes available.
    Stephanie Martson (20th century)
