The stadium is located a 1.2 kilometer (about 0.75 miles) walk from the Solna commuter train station (about six km (3,7 miles) from Stockholm Central Station) and has parking for 300 buses and 4,000 cars. Along with the stadium, there will also be built a number of hotels (400 rooms), restaurants (8,000 guests), shopping mall (240 shops), office areas for 10,000 employees, conference/exhibition centres and 2,000 flats. The mall is planned to be called Mall of Scandinavia and will be the biggest shopping centre constructed in Sweden. The total project is calculated to cost more than 4 billion SEK.
Travel by public transport to the arena is available by commuter rail to the Solna station, or the Tvärbanan tramway (under construction until 2013) also to the Solna station, or by local bus routes; although all details have not yet been fully determined.

Famous quotes containing the words points of, points and/or interest:
“The three main medieval points of view regarding universals are designated by historians as realism, conceptualism, and nominalism. Essentially these same three doctrines reappear in twentieth-century surveys of the philosophy of mathematics under the new names logicism, intuitionism, and formalism.”
—Willard Van Orman Quine (b. 1908)
“The men who carry their points do not need to inquire of their constituents what they should say, but are themselves the country which they represent: nowhere are its emotions or opinions so instant and so true as in them; nowhere so pure from a selfish infusion.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson (18031882)
“In looking back over the college careers of those who for various reasons have been prominent in undergraduate life ... one cannot help noticing that these men have nearly always shown from the start an interest in the lives of their fellow students. A large acquaintance means that many persons are dependent on a man and conversely that he himself is dependent on many. Success necessarily means larger responsibilities, and responsibilities mean many friends.”
—Franklin D. Roosevelt (18821945)
