Cosby High School features an annual competition every year entitled "Mr. Cosby" featuring several male seniors participating in a Miss America style event that includes swimsuit, talent, and interview portions.
Cosby High School is also notable for its weekly broadcast of, "TNN," the Titan News Network. It features students taking journalism interviewing various students and teachers around the school about different going-ons.
The School also features a fan organization called "Lightning Legion" that gathers a large group of students to go to every sports game to support their peers.
