Sri Lankan Oratorio
Oratorio is a musical interpretation of a religious story. The first Buddhist oratorio was written in 2012 by the Sri Lankan musician Dinesh Subasinghe. Subasinghe's oratorio includes the Buddhist spiritual music of East Asia and Sri Lankan folk music mixed with Western classical music and Buddhist chants.
