Appeal

His lawyer, Dylan Schaffer, stated the purpose of this appeal is to allow Mehserle to return to "police work" which is not possible with this conviction on his record. Famous quotes containing the word appeal:
“Peace does not appear so distant as it did. I hope it will come soon, and come to stay; and so come as to be worth the keeping in all future time. —Abraham Lincoln (18091865)
“Logic is like the swordthose who appeal to it, shall perish by it.”
