The commitment to increase shareholders' value and to sustain the strength and growth of the Group by using the capital entrusted to the Group prudently. Apart from the AGM, the Bank communicates with its shareholders, by way of the Annual Report and Financial Statements, by publishing its results on a six-monthly basis, by the publication of a quarterly newsletter and by the issue of “Notice to the Public” and “Company Announcements” to the market in general. The Bank’s Investor Relations Officer maintains two-way communication between the Bank and investor communities, both locally and internationally.
