Afghani

While the term "Afghani" is typically used in reference to the unit of Afghan currency, the term may be used to refer to a person or thing of, from, or related to Afghanistan (e.g., a product made in Afghanistan). The term traces its origin to the Soviet war in Afghanistan when millions of Afghans took refuge in neighboring Pakistan and Iran.
