Zeyn al-Abedin Maraghei (Maragheh, 1840 - Istanbul, 1910) was the first Iranian novelist . His novel, called "Safarnameh-ye Ebrahim Beg" was a criticism on Iran's social affairs.
He was also a merchant from Istanbul
