The club has no home ground. Their old stadium, Helmi Zamora Stadium, is not suitable for hosting the first team's official matches due to its limited capacity, its central downtown location and the fact that it has not been seriously renovated since its inauguration more than 50 years ago. Consequently, Zamalek play their home matches at Cairo International Stadium.
