Young Love is the first single to be released from Mystery Jets' second album Twenty One. It was released on 10 March 2008, on CD, two 7" singles and digital download. Unlike most Mystery Jets songs, which are sung by Blaine Harrison, the band's guitarist William Rees sings lead vocals on the song. The song also features guest vocals from singer/songwriter Laura Marling.
Famous quotes containing the words young and/or love:
“Old and young disbelieve one another’s truths.”
—Mason Cooley (b. 1927)
“During those years in Stamps, I met and fell in love with William Shakespeare. He was my first white love.... it was Shakespeare who said, “When in disgrace with fortune and men’s eyes.” It was a state of mind with which I found myself most familiar. I pacified myself about his whiteness by saying that after all he had been dead so long it couldn’t matter to anyone any more.”
—Maya Angelou (b. 1928)
