Yellow-headed Box Turtle

The yellow-headed box turtle (Cuora aurocapitata) or golden-headed box turtle is a proposed species of turtle in the family Geoemydidae (formerly Bataguridae). It is sometimes considered a subspecies Cuora pani aurocapitata of Pan's box turtle.

This turtle is endemic to the central Chinese Anhui Province (Blanck & Tang, 2005, Blanck & Kremser 2007).
