Yakov Levi is a Ukrainian independent filmmaker.
He has reached semi-international fame with the release of his shocker/gross-out film Shameless, which is a tribute to John Water's Pink Flamingos. In 2008 he made his first film in Canada, The Killer Bra, funded in part by Troma Entertainment.
