Acquisition of Conscientia
In the autumn of 2006 X2 Digital ISV partly sold the rights to the Conscientia Webware range to iFuse Technologies Ltd, another UK-based technology company. The acquisition included the partly developed Conscientia KB2, the successor to the original Conscientia KB product.
