WPUP (100.1 FM, "Power 100.1") is a radio station broadcasting a top 40 format. Licensed to the suburb of Watkinsville, Georgia, it serves the Athens, Georgia metropolitan area. It first began broadcasting in 1978 under the call sign WLOV-FM. The station is currently owned by Cox Radio.
