WNBC (AM)

WNBC (AM) was a radio station that operated in New York City from 1922 to 1988. For most of its history, it was the flagship station of the NBC Radio Network. The station left the air on October 7, 1988; its former frequency is occupied by CBS-owned all-sports WFAN.
