Production
Prashanth signed on to star in the film produced by R. Poorna Chandra Rao in late 2001, and Arti Agarwal was signed on to play the heroine. She was later replaced by Kiran Rathod. Producer of the film,The film was shot in Chennai and Hyderabad, with two of the songs picturised in abroad, Some scenes were shot on the lead pair at Vasan House, Chennai, the place decorated to resemble the ambience of a wedding to take place.
