William "Digger" Roderick Robertson (6 October 1861 – 24 June 1938) was an Australian cricketer who played in one Test from 1 January to 5 January 1885.
A native of the New South Wales town of Deniliquin, near the Victoria border, Digger Robertson was a right-handed batsman with a leg break bowling style.
After an altercation with East Melbourne captain Boyle, "Digger" Robertson moved to San Francisco, California. Playing for three turn of the century California Cricket Association league clubs, in 1898 he captained the Bohemia Cricket Club to victory in the California Cricket Association league championship. He scored one of the first centuries in California cricket history and played against the 1896 Australian test side at the Presidio ground. He returned to Australia in 1899.
He died in the Melbourne suburb of Brighton at the age of 76.
