William Collis Meredith

The Hon. Sir William Collis Meredith, Kt., Q.C., D.C.L. (23 May 1812 – 26 February 1894) was Chief Justice of the Superior Court for the Province of Quebec. He was the founding partner of the firm Meredith, Bethune & Dunkin of Montreal, who between 1836 and 1849 had brought together the largest legal business then recorded in the history of the Province of Quebec.
