Fletcher End
The Fletcher End, named after the Fletcher Street it was built behind was originally open terracing until the 1950s when roofing was placed over them. The roofing is still in place today. The Fletcher End was situated at the West side of the stadium and was behind the goal posts. The stand housed the club shop and offices as well as minimal match day hospitality. The Fletcher End, commonly referred to as the Fletch to the home fans was where the 'Wire' fans would congregate during a game. The terracing carried on round to join up with the terracing on the Brian Bevan side of the stadium. The Fletcher End also housed the stadiums Scoreboard. The Scoreboard was an old scoreboard which was manned on match day's and is still used today (although the condition of the scoreboard is not what it once was).
