West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South - Referendum

Referendum

A district-wide referendum was passed in January 2006, which resulted in many improvements for High School South. Among those were a new gym, more parking spaces, a new cover for the pool, more classrooms, improvements on the HVAC system, and artificial turf for the football field. The improvements were done in stages starting with the 2006-07 school year, with completion planned for the end of 2008. The estimated cost of the projects included in the referendum was $23 million. As of January 2010, all projects had been completed including the new pool 'bubble' enclosure.
