The route is usually operated almost completely by Dennis Trident 2low floor double decks, with a very occasional Optare Spectralow floor double decker working the service each day. National Express operate the service between 4.55am and 12.17am on weekdays to a frequency of up to every 7 minutes. On Saturdays, the service commences from 5 minutes earlier and runs to the same frequency, whilst on Sunday the service runs between 9.18am and 11.52pm to a fifteen-minute frequency. A 20-minute evening service is operated along the corridor every day of the week.

As with the majority of services operated by National Express West Midlands, a two tier fare programme is in operation. A short-hop fare costs £1.50, with other journeys costing £1.70. Children aged between 5-15 travel for half fare.

Famous quotes containing the word present:

It is the dissenter, the theorist, the aspirant, who is quitting this ancient domain to embark on seas of adventure, who engages our interest. Omitting then for the present all notice of the stationary class, we shall find that the movement party divides itself into two classes, the actors, and the students.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)

The technological landscape of the present day has enfranchised its own electorates—the inhabitants of marketing zones in the consumer goods society, television audiences and news magazine readerships... vote with money at the cash counter rather than with the ballot paper at the polling booth.
    —J.G. (James Graham)

However fiercely opposed one may be to the present order, an old respect for the idea of order itself often prevents people from distinguishing between order and those who stand for order, and leads them in practise to respect individuals under the pretext of respecting order itself.
    Antonin Artaud (1896–1948)
