Music Video For "Everybody Have Fun Tonight"
There were two versions of the video "Everybody Have Fun Tonight". The first version, which contained series of hundreds of videos that flashed in very quick succession across the screen, triggered seizures in epileptics and was pulled from broadcast. A second version of the video was shot and debuted shortly after the first. Wang Chung's Everybody Have Fun Tonight reached No. 99 on VH1'S 100 Greatest Hits of the '80s.

Famous quotes containing the words music, video, fun and/or tonight:
“But the dark changed to red, and torches shone,
And deafening music shook the leaves; a troop
Shouldered a litter with a wounded man,
Or smote upon the string and to the sound
Sang of the beast that gave the fatal wound.”
—William Butler Yeats (18651939)
“It is among the ranks of school-age children, those six- to twelve-year-olds who once avidly filled their free moments with childhood play, that the greatest change is evident. In the place of traditional, sometimes ancient childhood games that were still popular a generation ago, in the place of fantasy and make- believe play . . . todays children have substituted television viewing and, most recently, video games.”
—Marie Winn (20th century)
“Fun I love, but too much fun is of all things the most loathsome. Mirth is better than fun, and happiness is better than mirth.”
—William Blake (17571827)
“Dont you know there are 200 temperance women in this county who control 200 votes. Why does a woman work for temperance? Because shes tired of liftin that besotted mate of hers off the floor every Saturday night and puttin him on the sofa so he wont catch cold. Tonight were for temperance. Help yourself to them cloves and chew them, chew them hard. Were goin to that festival tonight smelling like a hot mince pie.”
—Laurence Stallings (18941968)
