Eighty-seven percent of undergraduates transfer from a community college. Walsh College requires a minimum of 60 semester credit hours (30 of which must be in liberal arts) from all entering undergraduate students. More than 4,400 students enrolled during the 2011-2012 academic year. 89 percent of its 24,489 alumni work or own businesses in southeast Michigan.
