Wait A Minute (Pussycat Dolls Song) - Music Video

Music Video

The music video was shot on October 8 and October 9, 2006, in the Metro Red Line in Los Angeles, California and were directed by Marc Webb.

It starts with the members passing around a Samsung YP-K5 audio player while watching for Timbaland. When Nicole Scherzinger bumps into Timbaland, they playfully argue. The dolls then walk onto the train with him and start to dance on the poles on the train. A mother tries to shield her son's eyes, but he moves her hand away so he can watch. The dolls then leave the subway and start to block traffic by walking right into the middle of an intersection. Timbaland then gets out of his car and the dolls and him continue to argue. The girls then start to dance on top of his car. The video ends with Scherzinger telling off Timbaland and saying that she does not need what he gives her but would like it back. Scherzinger sings full lead with Melody Thornton adding the minor adlibs.

Note: the traffic part of the video was used in Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll's first episode, the audition as fake clips part for the song "Hot Stuff (I Want You Back)".

Famous quotes containing the words music and/or video:

During the cattle drives, Texas cowboy music came into national significance. Its practical purpose is well known—it was used primarily to keep the herds quiet at night, for often a ballad sung loudly and continuously enough might prevent a stampede. However, the cowboy also sang because he liked to sing.... In this music of the range and trail is “the grayness of the prairies, the mournful minor note of a Texas norther, and a rhythm that fits the gait of the cowboy’s pony.”
—Administration in the State of Texa, U.S. public relief program (1935-1943)

These people figured video was the Lord’s preferred means of communicating, the screen itself a kind of perpetually burning bush. “He’s in the de-tails,” Sublett had said once. “You gotta watch for Him close.”
    William Gibson (b. 1948)
