Voltaire married his long-time girlfriend, Jayme, on October 1, 2009 at the Angel Orensanz Center in New York City. Voltaire has a son from a previous relationship, Mars, born in 1998. Mars can be seen in the background of a video on YouTube at the New York Anime Festival in 2007. In the video he only passes Voltaire a pocket goth, however.
